It will be a 3-hour live robot extravaganza suitable for all ages. For 3 hours in the stadium, a rodeo-style announcer will interview startups and growers that use their products for the good, the bad, and the ugly of AgTech adoption — why don’t field trials always go well, why does it take growers so long to buy, and what does a good customer integration look like will all be prominent topics.

Fans in the audience will have a chance to see all the robots, the founders that invented them, and the growers that are using them.

Along the way, they will also hear from some of the schools that are training the next generation of AgTech workers and some of the researchers that are putting the future tech products together in the labs.

Lots of video, lots of sounds, lots of reality checks from growers — and lots of kids in the audience. This will be a fast-paced event with lots of content — we are really excited to launch this new format in Salinas. Rumor has it there will be rodeo clowns engaging with the robots and an audience participation voting system that will produce a winner that will receive… you have to be there to see it! Little hint… it’s big and shinny!

The 25+ robots showcasing at FIRA USA 2023 will make a real tour of the expo zone, with a full broadcast of this extravaganza on the arena mega screen.

One after the other one, our MC will interview the manufacturers and get a dynamic pitch about the company, and the main functions of the robots.

Robocrop, our mascott, will also be part of it and make the start of a challenge… Stay tuned!

What could be better than a relaxing moment to close the day and continue the network exchanges? Nothing, we’ve figured it out! For that, participate in the FIRA AfterWork, a moment of conviviality and networking that gathers 1,000 exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and attendees with food and beverages. This evening will take place at the Salinas Sports Complex, home of the California Rodeo Salinas! The perfect place to start new partnerships and a way to connect with experts in a less formal way.
