As the VP of Innovation at Western Growers, I lead the efforts to accelerate the adoption and scaling of AgTech solutions that address the critical challenges faced by specialty crop growers, such as labor shortage, food safety, and water scarcity. I have over 14 years of experience as a startup advisor, angel investor, and entrepreneur, and over 30 years of experience as a partner at a family-owned ranch in California.

My mission is to bridge the gap between Ag and Tech, leveraging my expertise in product, sales, go-to market, and fundraising strategy, as well as my network of strategic partnerships and field trial sites. I work with AgTech startups, growers, investors, and industry leaders to create and validate innovative solutions that can solve real-world problems, improve efficiency and sustainability, and increase profitability and competitiveness. I am passionate about advancing the AgTech ecosystem and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
