Escarda Technologies is a German startup company developing a laser-based weed control system, which is an alternative solution to weeding that does not require herbicides. Our weed control system uses camera sensors and state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms to detect and classify all plants in the field. Once the weeds have been identified, a laser beam is used to remove the unwanted plants. Our mission is to ensure that the organic cultivation of plants is not an alternative, but the norm. In this way we promote the protection of our environment and the health of the population.
