Exhibitors access


Access to the exhibitors parking with your nominative badge.

When you arrive, join the exhibitor welcome desk at the John Rogers building to get your expo FIRA pack.

Move-in

INDOOR EXHIBITORS ONLY

Sunday, October 19th: 9.00 am – 3.00 pm

 

First check-in at the welcome desk (John Rogers Building).

Use the East Gum Entrance to access the Exhibition area 1. This is the only load-in and load-out area for the Main Expo Building.

 

Setup on that day is only available for indoor exhibitors due to lack of outdoor security. Due to simultaneous events, check-in is strictly during the specified times.

 

INDOOR & OUTDOOR EXHIBITORS
Monday, October 20th: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm

 

First check-in at the welcome desk (John Rogers Building).


INDOOR EXHIBITORS – Exhibition Area 1
Use the East Gum Entrance to access the Exhibition area. Please note that this is the only load-in and load-out area for the Main Expo Building.

 

OUTDOOR EXHIBITORS – Exhibition Area 2 
Use the main gate next to the welcome desk (John Rogers Building).

 

All setups must be completed by 4.00 pm

EXHIBITORS WITH DEMO ONLY 

Friday, October 17th: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm

 

If you are part of the demo zone with a robot, we strongly invite you to arrive on friday.

If your robot is shipped in a crate, you would be responsible to open it yourself and place the robot in the designated area. If you do no wish to take care of that, it can be done by our team at extra cost.

 

Note : Crates will be stored during the event until dismantling on thursday 23rd.

 

To better organize your arrival, it must be organized prior to the event : it is mandatory to fill out the logistic form before.

 

The demo area will be within the grounds this year with security on site starting at 5.00 pm that evening.

Move-out

Move-out begins at 4 pm on Thursday, 23rd and must be completed by 7 pm the same day.

Please ensure that nothing is left behind, as all items need to be removed from the premises.

Kindly arrange for your own shipping before leaving!
