Steve Mantle, founder and CEO of innov8.ag, a Washington state-based agtech data services company, works with the world’s most innovative farms, agribusinesses, crop breeders, co-ops and industry councils to deploy agtech innovation and optimize data insights.
A self-proclaimed ‘data geek,’ Mantle spent nearly two decades in tech leadership at Microsoft before trading corporate walls for orchard rows and launching innov8.ag in 2019. Since then, Mantle has grown the company into a profitable business by addressing growers’ immediate need for labor, fertility and water solutions with proven technology, while aggregating data layers to drive clarity and confidence in farm and agribusiness decision-making.
An Australian by birth, Mantle resides with his family in central Washington state’s prime farm country, surrounded by orchards, berry and vegetable fields and broad-acre production. A sought-after speaker and industry collaborator, Mantle is a relentless advocate for the future of farming for farmers and agribusinesses of all shapes and sizes.
