I’m CEO and cofounder of Oxrow.ai, where we’re building AI-powered business intelligence for agricultural operations. We help agribusiness C-suites and operators turn complex data into clear decisions—driving an average of $500-700 per acre in cost savings.
Before Oxrow, I spent four years in agricultural business consulting, working directly with growers and agribusinesses to solve operational problems with data. That experience taught me two things: agriculture runs on incredibly complex data, and the industry deserves better tools to make sense of it. So we built them. In a single low-friction, platform.
I spend my time on three things: setting vision and strategy, building our team and investor relationships, and making sure every product decision solves a real problem for our customers.
I run the company on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)—in more than two decades studying and implementing management approaches it’s the best framework I’ve found for keeping a fast-moving team aligned and accountable.
Background: Corporate financial strategy, data science and analytics, with experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and turning messy datasets into executive-ready insights. I still love the technical work, but these days I’m more focused on building the company that builds the product.
