Adam Stager is an entrepreneur and engineering leader focused on applying robotics to solve large-scale challenges in agriculture. As CEO of TRIC Robotics, he leads the company’s mission to replace chemical pesticides with automation, deploying fleets of autonomous robots that use ultraviolet light and integrated tools to manage pests and disease in specialty crops. TRIC has expanded from pilot projects to commercial deployments across thousands of acres, backed by leading venture investors to accelerate growth.
Adam’s expertise spans robotics, product development, and business strategy, with a strong emphasis on building scalable systems that deliver both economic and environmental impact. He is passionate about creating solutions that help farmers increase profitability while advancing sustainable food production.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where his research focused on robotics and automation.
