This session brings together leading agricultural robotics manufacturers to share how they’ve built the technology stacks enabling autonomy in the field. Each presentation will highlight the company’s journey, market vision, and value delivered to farmers, while addressing key challenges such as integrating Value-Added Services (VAS). From hardware and software architecture to deployment lessons, discover the strategies and innovations shaping the future of autonomous farming.
Talk 1 by Gary Bradski - Chief Science Officer - Bonsai Robotics
Talk 2 "Unlocking the Future of AgBots through Safety"
Safety is often seen as a major barrier to the deployment of autonomous robots–especially in difficult to control environments like agriculture, but this doesn’t need to be the case. Starting with safety as a core design goal can unlock performance too often lost to a bolt-on safety system. In this session, FORT CTO Nathan Bivans will outline advances in safety and AI that will enable the next generation of agbots to work more efficiently and safer.
