About Northwest Horticultural Council

Incorporated in 1947, the Northwest Horticultural Council (NHC) is an industry-funded trade association that represents growers, packers, and shippers of apples, pears, and sweet cherries in the Pacific Northwest. The NHC focuses on federal and international regulatory and policy issues affecting our industry, with an emphasis on labor, food safety, crop protection, organics, research, and trade.
