Sarah Masterson is Director of the California AgTech Alliance, where she leads statewide efforts to strengthen California’s agricultural innovation ecosystem and accelerate the adoption and commercialization of technologies that address industry needs. Her work brings together growers, startups, universities, industry organizations, investors, workforce partners, and public agencies around shared priorities including technology validation, market access, workforce development, and innovation funding. Sarah also brings more than 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, partnerships, and ecosystem development across large organizations and emerging businesses. Prior to her work in food and agriculture, she held leadership roles at EY, where she built and scaled strategic alliances and go-to-market initiatives. Her work today focuses on building the partnerships, infrastructure, and pathways needed to move promising agricultural innovations from concept to real-world impact.
