Dr. Troy Peters is a professor at Washington State University where he serves as the director of the Center for Precision and Automated Agricultural Systems. He is also the extension irrigation specialist in the Biological Systems Engineering Department at Washington State University. He is located at the Irrigated Agriculture Research and Extension Center in Prosser, WA where he has been for 20 years. He is also a licensed professional agricultural engineer.
